The work at Southville Centre took place over two years and can be separated into three different areas, The Stackpool, Leighton and Raleigh rooms. The Stackpool room was the largest project and involved extending in both directions from the original space; this room also involved interaction with the children resulting in the formation of “The Loft” a raised platform area from where they could see out from the very high original windows. Another vey popular feature of all areas was the individually painted Wendy houses by local artist Emily Ketteringham.
